Metin ŞAHİNLER is the Co-Founder and General Manager of EME Finland. He was born in Germany in 1973 and he has been living in Finland and Turkey since 1993.
In his career, he has signed many commercial and cultural projects in Finland and Turkey.

EME Finland founding partner and consultant, Erol ALTUNOĞLU, was born in 1965 in Muş.
He graduated from Gazi University, Department of Business Administration and did postgraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Law.
He worked as a lecturer at Istanbul University and Marmara University for many years.
He attended Erlangen University in Germany between 2003/2008 and did a comparative study of the municipal practices applied in the EU and Turkey.
He is now freelance as an Independent Auditor.

Ersin DEMIRCAN is an EME Finland founding partner and Türkiye affairs director. He was born in 1987 and completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul.
He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Finance in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree.
He completed his master’s degree at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Financial Economics. He continues to study in the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture at Istanbul Medeniyet University.
He started his civil service career in 2013 as a Customs Officer, and continued as Assistant Specialist in the Ankara Revenue Office and as Tax Inspector at the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. He left the civil service in 2019.
He is a member and manager in various non-governmental organizations and continues his duty as a board member at the Elevator Industrialists’ Association and as the Vice President of the All Elevator Industry Employers’ Union.
He is married and has two children.
Derviş ŞAHİNLER is an EME Finland founding partner and was born in Istanbul in 1983.
He graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Art History.
Since 2006, he continued his career in the fields of public relations and advertising.
